PILOT

A paid pilot, scoped like an engineering engagement.

Fixed scope. Four to eight weeks. Historical data only. Runs in your environment. $25K–$50K, converting to an annual license if the verdicts earn it.

THE PATH

Four steps, in the order of trust required.

01

Technical discovery + NDA

A mutual NDA, then a working session with your engineers to map the incident landscape: which order behaviors hurt, which systems hold the records.

02

Infosec clearance + data path

Your security team chooses the deployment mode: your VPC, on-premises, or tokenized records only. This stage is planned and budgeted, not a surprise.

03

Sample-report review

You provide historical records around one real past incident, tokenized if you prefer, and receive the actual artifact: a verification report on your own order, your own systems.

04

The pilot

A fixed-scope engagement: ingest historical execution records inside your environment, run order-lifecycle contracts against them, deliver the verification report and conformance evidence pack.

DEPLOYMENT MODES

Your data stays home. Pick how.

Your cloud (VPC)

Tusiro runs inside your VPC. Nothing sensitive ever passes through a vendor cloud.

On-premises

Fully on-premises when required. Your execution data never leaves your environment.

Tokenized records

Semantic tokenization hashes order IDs, tokenizes symbols, and buckets sizes while preserving the timestamps, sequences, and state transitions that correctness rules actually check. Rules still evaluate, and alpha stays yours.

WHAT YOU GET

Pilot deliverables.

·

A verification report on real incidents from your own systems, with every claim marked proven, missing, or conflicting and its evidence pointers attached.

·

A conformance evidence pack for the source under test.

·

Your incident-cost model, re-computed with your own numbers, validated or falsified.

·

A clear read on whether an annual license is worth it. If it isn’t, the pilot says so.

WHY THERE IS NO FREE TIER

Why the pilot is paid.

Verification on real execution records is engineering work inside your security perimeter, not a demo. A fixed-scope paid pilot keeps both sides serious, and prices below the cost of a single deep incident investigation.

SECURITY POSTURE

Security posture, stated plainly.

Tusiro is an early-stage company and does not claim certifications it does not hold. The compensating posture is stronger for this buyer anyway: your execution data never leaves your environment, so there is nothing of yours for us to protect. A security one-pager and a mutual NDA template are available before the first call.
